Most coaching helps you do your job better. Transformational coaching changes how you do it, and who you are while you do it. We don’t just solve the problem in front of you. We work at the level underneath it: the patterns and ways of leading that produce the problem in the first place.

Getting where you’re trying to go. A hard decision, a role that’s outgrowing you, a team that isn’t working, a specific goal. We get clear on what you actually want, find what’s in the way, and build the concrete, tactical next steps.
Impact
The effect you have on the world, the people, and the work around you. How you show up sets the ceiling on what you and your team can do. We look at how you lead, where you get in your own way, and how to use your influence on purpose.
Meaning
Whether the way you’re spending your life fits who you are. We work on alignment: what you’re building, why, and whether it’s meaningful to you. We cultivate desire both as a compass and a well of energy to supercharge your goals.
How it works
I help you find your own answer rather than hand you mine. The work is presence-based and somatic. We pay attention to what’s happening in you, not only what you’re thinking.
What you need to do
1. Book a discovery call (complimentary). We start with a free call to figure out what you’re working on and whether we’re a fit. No cost, no obligation.
2. Then one of two paths:
Option A: Single session, 30 or 60 minutes for a self-contained problem. One clear issue, worked through, with a next step.
Pro-bono coaching · 30 minute session · 60 minute session
Option B: (my recommendation) 6-month container with coaching every 2 weeks for comprehensive transformation. Regular sessions over six months for the deeper change that doesn’t happen in one sitting.
